More and more people are waking up from their long deep sleep spell and are experiencing signs and symptoms of spiritual awakening, but don’t know how to support themselves on their healing journey. When I experienced a spiritual awakening, I had signs, symptoms and experiences of my own that needed attention. Reiki energy healing has saved me in so many different ways, reiki has helped me to open and expand my natural spiritual gifts and abilities and also has fast tracked my spiritual growth and healing journey. Reiki has opened me up and helped me to express more of my emotions and has gifted me with more self esteem, confidence, courage, motivation and strength. Reiki has helped me with anxiety, panic attacks, fear, depression, confusion and has helped me with extreme fatigue, tiredness, burn outs and has brought me back up on my feet with even more strength and vitality. Reiki has helped me to clear negative and lower frequency energies that did not serve my higher purpose and has opened, unblocked and cleared my chakras and keeps me in higher states of consciousness, vibration, love, peace, joy, which in turn keeps me more open as a clear channel to assist and support others on their healing journey. There are other ways that can support you on your awakening and healing process, that has helped me as well.
MEDITATION~ Dedicating spiritual time, whether it be 10 mins to 60 mins helps to improve self awareness, focus and concentration. Meditation helps to calm anger, reduce stress, anxiety and depression.
PRAYING~ Praying is a wonderful alternative if your not into meditation. Praying helps to calm you down when your expressing your emotions to source, and also promotes a more beautiful relationship, connection and closeness to source.
PRACTICE FORGIVENESS ~ When we forgive ourselves and others who have hurt us, we feel a sense of freedom and peace when we are no longer binded by our own anger. This helps us to move from selfish illusions to a more beautiful reality. Practicing forgiveness is hard work but with courage of letting go, patience and letting Divine Source into the process of forgiveness we will grow stronger. Together with Divine Source we can come to a time where forgiveness is intuitive and natural. What a blessed, powerful, positive and peaceful way to live!
CREATIVITY~ Spend time doing something creative that you love and enjoy. This could be writing, drawing, painting, baking, cooking, inventing etc.
INNER CHILD~ Be a child at heart! Bring back your inner child by laughing, dancing, singing, playing, be silly with yourself or better yet with your children or pets.
OUTDOORS~ Spend time outdoors connecting with Mother Nature by hugging a tree, watching the birds, looking up in the sky and watch the clouds take their shapes, walk or jog to the park and swing on a swing or slide down a slide, sit on a bench and take deep breaths in and out, watch the leaves or branches sway from side to side, let the sun bathe your face in warmth and comfort, watch the moon glow in all her phases and make special sacred intentions, look up at the stars and make a wish or two, sit by a campfire and play music or tell stories, stand against the wind like your ready to fly and let the wind blow all your worries and negativity away.
CLEANSING~ Take warm epsom salt baths with essential oil’s, showers or dance in the rain to rid you of all negativity from your energy field. Smudge yourself and surroundings with sage, cedar, paolo santo etc... to cleanse negativity away. Drinking lots of clean purified water helps to clear and flush out toxins from your body and keeps the energy moving physically.
GROUNDING~ Use crystals to help ground you, preferably black or brown ones like, obsidian, tourmaline, onyx, smokey quartz etc. Walking barefoot outside will make you feel more grounded.
COMPASSION~ Practice and express compassion by being kind, loving, helpful, respectful to yourself, animals and others. Hug yourself often and tell yourself and your physical parts and everything in your entire skeletal system, cellular structure, organs, skin, etc, that supports you, how much you love them and thank them for supporting your body. Practice loving yourself and your entire body, especially the parts you dislike most about yourself daily.
COMMUNITY~ Connecting, joining or volunteering with your community helps and makes you feel great when you are contributing your time in helping others.
POSITIVITY~ Read or research uplifting books, articles, affirmations etc... Watch spiritual, positive movies or documentaries .
GRATITUDE~ Practice gratitude daily by appreciating Source, Nature, People, Animals and all things you are blessed with and have in your life. Just being ALIVE and BREATHING is enough to be grateful for!
REST~ SLOW DOWN, RELAX AND REST when you need to! I cannot stress this enough... Dealing with extreme fatigue, tiredness and burn outs during my awakening journey was one of the most worst and hardest symptom of them all for me. The lack of motivation, disinterest, strength and courage left me out of many activities and excursions with my family, because I just couldn’t bring myself to do it. So please, please, please take good care of yourself during your journey! SLOW DOWN, RELAX AND REST WHEN YOU ARE FEELING BURNT OUT FROM THESE SHIFTS!
SPIRITUAL TIME~ DIVINE LIGHT BEINGS are always with you whether you feel them or not, but they need your permission before they can intervene in your life. All you have to do is invite them into your heart and life, and ask them for their help and guidance. Once you have done this, spend spiritual quality time with them. Invite them in everything that you do, this could be while your folding laundry, making the bed, cleaning, cooking, exercising, taking a stroll etc... As you get used to this, not only have you built up a relationship and connection with them , but you have also invited them into everything that you do, which in turn will make everything you do effortless!
