Hello and Welcome!
My name is Maddalena Attila, but everyone calls me Lena. I am a Certified Reiki Master Teacher, 10th in line from the Traditional Teachings of Dr. Mikao Usui based on the Original Usui Shiki Ryoho Method of Healing. I am the owner of Spiritually Awakened Reiki and a member of the International Reiki Organization. All healing sessions and teaching classes are preformed and held in my home, where I have dedicated a safe, sacred and peaceful space for all my clients and students. My courses for Usui Reiki 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree are a two day course for each level and is limited to 4 students to ensure high quality, one on one instruction and ample practice for all. Please keep in mind that when seeking for a Reiki Practitioner for a healing or a Reiki Master for Attunments their level of consciousness and if they hold the higher love frequency that is necessary for you at this time. This also goes for when seeking a doctor, holistic therapists, mediums, etc… It is very important to be a genuinely loving, honest and compassionate individual and channel. I look forward to teaching you soon and for sharing the experience of Reiki with you.

BECOME A CERTIFIED USUI REIKI LEVEL 1 REIKI PRACTITIONER
The first degree Reiki level 1 Shoden begins to open up the energy channels on a physical level awakening the practitioner to connect to the Universal Life Force Energy, which flows from the Cosmos through the crown of the head and down to the heart and hands. The focus is to receive a gentle energetic clearing, opening the subtle body and help students to become aware of Divine Healing Light. WHAT ARE ATTUNEMENTS?
Attunements is a sacred ceremony that is given to a student upon completion of a level of study in Reiki. During the attunement ceremony, the Reiki Master passes on the Universal Life Force Energy to the students. Once initiated the student keeps the energy in their being for the rest of their lives. This allows for the student to channel Reiki Energy for healing thyself, others and the planet. Receiving a Reiki Attunement is a Powerful and Spiritual experience, as your energetic pathways are opened by a Reiki Master. This energetic opening allows the Reiki Energy to flow freely throughout your body to impact your health and well-being and the health and well-being of others.
WHAT DOES ATTUNEMENT FEEL LIKE?
The feeling of a Reiki Attunement is a Personal and sacred experience and completely different for everyone. Most students often experience hot to warm spinning, tingling, prickling, pins and needles or numbness in their hands / palms, tingling or waves of energy throughout their body, their bodies feel lighter, floating and fluid, chills, warmth or sweating throughout their body, higher consciousness, happiness, uplifting, some say they feel like a lightbulb was switched on, ringing or high pitched ears, emotional release through crying or laughing, pulsating or cramps in the organs, visions, colours, increased intuitive awareness, enhanced psychic sensitivity, heightened senses, contact and communication, vivid and past life dreams, nightmares, this means that your clearing a lot of energy through dream healing and much more.

TRY TO LIMIT OR ELIMINATE:
• Caffeine, Sugar, Tobacco, Alcohol, Recreational
Drugs Etc…
• Eating heavy foods
• Spend more time reading and meditating, rather
than watching tv, news, social media, etc…
